THE CHALLENGE

Index Packaging needed to sell in-stock packaging products online while still supporting a large custom quoting workflow for foam, corrugated, wood, and specialty packaging — without the two systems getting in each other’s way.

OUR APPROACH

We built the site on WordPress and WooCommerce, setting up a browsable product catalog for in-stock items alongside a dedicated custom quote request flow for made-to-order packaging. Editors can add products and categories without developer help.

THE RESULT

A site that lets customers buy standard packaging products directly online while keeping Index Packaging’s custom quoting process front and center for specialized jobs.
